Tobias is an experienced private equity Operating Partner with over 15 years of leadership roles. Currently at L Catterton, he previously served as a Senior Managing Director at Aurelius Group, where he specialized in operational value creation, set up the transformation board and served as portfolio company CEO. Tobias holds an MBA from the University of Dayton, a Master’s in Finance & Information Management from the University of Augsburg / Munich, and has completed executive education at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Martin has 20 years of experience in Consulting and Private Equity, specializing in operations. He began his career in Consulting and, since 2006, has focused on operational roles in Private Equity. As Global Head of HR at AURELIUS, he led HR strategy, recruiting, compensation, and transformation across portfolio companies, while also building and managing a 100-person internal consulting team. Later, as Vice President of SCHOLL Shoes, he oversaw the entire business. From 2022 to 2023, he was Chief People Officer at HALLO Healthcare Group (30,000 employees), driving its HR Transformation. Martin holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a Business Administration degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich.
Dr. Henning Seel, Managing Director

Henning has over 20 years of experience in transaction and restructuring law. He advises companies on labor law in transaction processes, including due diligence and sale negotiations, and represents clients in court and collective bargaining. He specializes in personnel adjustments and general corporate law. After earning a doctorate in labor law, he worked at firms in Düsseldorf, Hanover, and Singapore before establishing his practice in Switzerland. Since 2020, he has also advised companies on data protection as a certified data protection officer.
